W Hyderabad Hitec City is an upcoming luxury lifestyle hotel by Marriott International, set to become the first W-branded property in Hyderabad. Located in the HITEC City corridor, the project is being developed in partnership with SAMHI Hotels and is expected to cater to the city’s growing premium business and leisure market. The hotel is designed around the modern W Hotels identity, bold, design-led interiors, vibrant social spaces, elevated nightlife and destination dining experiences. With approximately 180 keys planned, the property is expected to add a strong contemporary luxury offering to Hyderabad’s evolving hospitality landscape and is currently targeted for launch around 2026–27.
