Anjali Mody
Founder & CEO
Honed her craft over 15 years in the Product & Furniture Industry. An alumni of the Rhode Island School of Design, Anjali founded Josmo in 2010 and scaled it from a bespoke furniture studio, to a large scale design & manufacturing business.
Tony Kordolia
Chief Production Officer
With over 20 years of experience in perfecting product, factory design, production operations, Tony is the architect of Josmo’s manufacturing processes and leads our value engineering and prototyping efforts.
Sadik Aga
General Manager, Operations
Sadik brings 24+ years of global manufacturing leadership across factory operations, production, sales, and projects. An MBA in Operations, he has led multi-plant teams, driven profitability, cost control, ERP-led systems, and large-scale fabrication and furniture programs across India and the Middle East.
Prashant Shirodkar
Senior Manager, Supply Chain
Prashant brings 22+ years of deep expertise in sourcing, procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management. A materials management specialist with strong SAP exposure, he drives cost control, supply continuity, and operational discipline across large manufacturing environments.
Mahafrin Rustomjee
Head of Product & Design Operations
A seasoned design leader with over a decade at Josmo, she bridges creative vision and execution. She leads design operations across B2B and B2C verticals, with strengths in product design, product development, prototyping, value engineering, and brand communication.
